The bike was locked to a Thule roof rack on top of my Dodge Grand Caravan mini van. The car was parked in an outdoor parking lot between 11am and 1pm on Saturday Oct 9. When I returned to the car, the lock was cut and the bike was gone. The front wheel was still in my car.
