Video showed a Hispanic male walk in to my apartment complex at 4:23a and walk directly to my apartment cut the lock walk it back out get on and ride awayat 4:28a he kept his face covered and down. He came right for it. Passed 6 other bikes, 4 of them unlocked that morning. I was targeted by this D-Bag!
