I was participating in a theatre lab program at the library from 7-9 p.m. on Monday, October 4th. I locked up my bike before going inside, as usual. At 7:45 p.m., I went outside for break, and saw my bike still locked up. I went back inside just before 8 p.m. When I came back outside at 9 p.m., I saw that my bike was gone, and the lock had been cut.
