My bike was hung from a hanging bike rack in the secured parking garage of my apartment building. The hanging rack is bolted to the wall, but you can't put a ulock around that part (it's where you hang the wheel). I put a cable lock around the bar bolted to the wall, and then through a u lock which was around the frame and one wheel. The thief cut the cable lock where it connected to the u lock. They have tried to steal this bike before in the same way but left it in the garage when they realized they couldn't ride it away. They must have brought a truck this time.
