It's an e-bike with rear hub motor. Has a nylon carrying bag and rack on the back. Some orange reflective tape stripes on tubing and a Hindu goddess sticker on the front . Dark midnight blue, looks almost black, tho.

In the early morning hours of Sunday Oct 3rd, someone entered the garden patio and took the bike. It was not visible from the street, so I believe someone knew it was there from watching.
