stolen Schwinn Ranger

my Schwinn Ranger was stolen today outside the college of design at ASU.Its black and white/silver, i attached a picture of the same model i found online.it had a seat cover and clips for a speedometer and a headlight. Also might have a blue cable lock, a reflector tied with string, and a red light under the seat.if anyone can help please respond, i can only offer 40 dollars as a reward (no questions asked) because I can't afford much more.i just want my transportation back.
