Description of incident
Stolen out of garage sometime between 7:30 and 10:30 pm on 10/29/21. Bike had two flat tires. Person was seen walking with the bike the following day on University Ave and Florida Canyon Dr, 10/30, at approximately 4 pm. The person was balancing another bike on top of this one, walking both bikes down Florida.
