Theft happened at the south side of Engineering 7 at University of Waterloo. Locked frame to bike rack with ABUS Bordo folding lock at around 1:25pm on 2021-09-30, went into the building for 1 hour, and found the bike and lock gone at around 2:25pm. The bike had a black frame bag attached to the top tube (circled in picture).
