Standard sturdy orange cargo bike but fitted with a battery to create an electric bike when we want to use that. Notable characteristics: This is a retrofit ebike. Notice the motor is below the crank. The black seat is newish but it is quick release and could be easily changed out. Sturdy black double kickstand. Bag that is in the photo was not with the bike.

bike was parked and locked to a staple in full public view outside high-rise office building, on sidewalk next to Morrison St--a street north of pioneer square in downtown Portland Oregon. Lock was jointed flat steel key lock. bike was parked around 7 a.m. 9/23 and returned at 3 pm bike and lock were gone.
