Flat tire w/ 3 kids in cargo hold, and no tube replacement. Left bike with cafe lock locked on street for 20 mins; returned and it was taken. Neighbor took photo of theives stuffing it halfway into the back of a 2000's Subaru Forester, WA plates starting with 'B'.
