the finish is dull instead of shiny chrome on the bottom of the front part of the frame where it connects to the handle bars from my lock rubbing on it. It has a small tear in the seat. It can't go in the highest gear...so either 18th or 21st I don't remember what it is. It only had one pedal when it was stolen. the other side was just the shaft that it rotates on.
