Bike was locked to bike rack just outside my front door. The lock was cut (and left). I noticed it was gone around 7am on Wednesday the 15th. At the time it was stolen it had a black wire front basket that hangs from handles and a black insulated bag on the back attached with velcro and blue bunjicord. There was also a mermaid scale mask in the blackbag.
