Locked up bike using cable lock at Bay St. bike racks along board walk by Santa Monica pier. Came back 30 minutes later to find a another bike where my bike was and my lock cut in half left on ground.
Specialized CrossTrail hydronic disc bike in matte black, small size. No accessories were on bike.
