I rode my bike yesterday afternoon (2/16 @ 2 PM), and was going to ride it tonight (2/17 @ 6 PM) and came out to find the cable lock cut (once) on the ground outside of Currant Hall (back of the building, facing Latitude) in Tercero (UC Davis). The cable lock was left on the ground where it occurred. The bike has a water bottle holder on the frame and a phone holder on the handle bar. The left-hand brake is not attached, only the right. There is no bell or basket.
