Took place sometime between May 16th 7 pm and May 17th 9 am. Both tires and frame of the bike were locked to a rack on the apartment complex property using a cable and U-lock. The entire bike, cable, and lock (apart from a small cut piece of the U-lock) appear to have been taken.
