Sitting on the Panera Bread patio 20 ft. from my bike. View was blocked by a wood panel. Thief (@18 yr old gang banger style clothing) took the bike from the bike rack, dropped his bike and rode off with mine. I gave chase but he eluded me in an alley before the police could get there.
