stolen 2009 Kona Honky Tonk

Bright red frame with new black handlebar tape. Scuffs on top and downtubes near the stem from carrying U-lock on the frame. P-touch label on stem says "SOUND TRUCK." Bike was stolen from the entryway of Roadhouse bar, by a young black man, who rode into a crowd outside the Norwich Apartment complex, behind Dolly & Joe's restaurant. Kryptonite U-lock was locked to the frame under the stem.
