White and Red 17" Frame Jamis Durango with 26" wheels. The bicycle has a Colorado Springs Police Department sticker below the front handle bar mount that is registered with them in the event of theft. There is a gold Rock Creek Park Junior Ranger sticker on the front head mount of the handlebars. There are also a few clips to attach a bike pump to the frame as well as a pannier rack affixed to the seat. The hitch rack was found in a field later that afternoon and returned to me by the Springfield Police Department. I do not live in Oregon and work seasonally.

Description of incident
Thieves removed my entire bike rack from the hitch of my truck in order to get to my bicycle. They somehow managed to slide my bicycle off the rack and left the rack in a field. The U-Lock was locked around the lower bar and pedal of my bicycle. There was a chain lock wrapped around the front tire and frame of the bike (super cheap and almost as old as I am, but hey, it had prevented theft for almost 20 years....)
