the bicycle was inside a private garden outside the sight of anyone. In the afternoon some worker came to do a new fence between mine and my neighbour garden. I left the flat at 19.15 and the bicycle was there, came back at 22.00 and bicycle were missing. my neighbour garden door was open, mine was untouched.
