Distinguishing features

Has large blue panniers on the rear rack. Has black nylon bag, black plastic water bottle cage & coiled bike cable on upper downtube Has disc brakes, 26" wheels & a flat black large aluminum tubing frame. Thief does not have the keys to remove the battery or run the motor so he may try to take it to a locksmith or bike shop to get a key made or to get the battery out of the frame. He also does not have the charger so he may also be looking for a 48 V Li-Ion charger.

Description of incident

This e-Bike was double locked to a solid steel fence with 3/4" uprights. Fence was cut with a portable angle grinder between 5:15 & 6 pm with many people around or passing by. I was only gone for about 45 minutes.
