The handlebars are a foam material and the right one is moved up a little bit from getting wet in the rain. I bought the bike off Craigslist from a nice old man in Shelbyville about a week ago.

Janus Lofts Apartments, right out in front of the IMPD Station. The street was McCrea in-between Jackson and Louisiana. It was locked up to a bike rack across the street from the entrance into the Janus Lofts Apartments
