I actually saw the guy steal the bike but could not catch him. We just got back to the apartment and saw him come down the stairs. Didn't realize it was mine until it was too late. Tried to chase him in our car but it didn't work :( Bike has stickers all over it. Turned up handle bars. Nice big teflon tires.
