Bike was locked to fence in bike storage unit in apartment complex garage. To get into garage you need a special fob (to enter from street or elevator). Then to get into bike storage you need another fob that is only activated through the leasing office. Bike was last seen/used evening on 8/25. Noticed it was missing afternoon 8/29.
