700c Schwinn Admiral Women's Hybrid Bike, Powder Blue. Had white LED lights front tire rim, 80 MM "DING DONG BELL" right handlebar, front and back Zefal safety lights - was double cabled to telephone pole at corner of Frenchmen & Royal at about 10:00 PM, checked on it around 1:00 AM and found it gone, evidence of cables cut. Replaced by another unsecured bike- black roadmaster granite peaks- leaning up against pole.
