Professional and probably with accomplices as spotters. It was a setup and took less than one minute. I was away from the bike for about 2-3 minutes. Thief used bolt cutters on small cable lock in high traffic area a few feet from the front entrance of a wine store called Jubilation. The owners are very helpful and cooperative and provided video from two video cameras. See videos and pictures of thief on Facebook.
