Thief broke into apartment complex on 8/9 at 5:10am with a screwdriver through front door. After stealing items they swapped license plates with a white Prius in the garage and left. The thief returned on 8/16 at 4:30 in the morning, this time with a garage clicker. They drove in, cut the bike free off one chain, and broke wood to remove the rest. They loaded the bike into the Prius and drove off with the license plates they'd stolen previously on 8/9.
