The bike was taken out of the driveway, near the garage door, moments after I had moved it from the garage and closed/locked the garage door. I was in the house long enough to grab my helmet, put on my ear band and helmet and lock the front door. Less than 2 minutes - just gone. Couldn't see it either direction going down the street. I have a video and blurry picture of him. Bike also has this in it's information L13.
