stolen 2011 Cannondale Slice 3 Ultegra

My triathlon race bike was stolen out of my buildings "secure" bicycle storage unit sometime between now and about a week ago. I was about to take photos so I could sell it on Kijiji or Facebook but when I went to check on it my bike lock had been cut. Fortunately, I placed my bike directly across from a CCTV camera and have already contacted the building managers so that they can review details. In order to enter the room, you need to fob in, so they should be able to at least see who let in the culprit as well as living information. Other than that I have no other information. It's a really expensive bike so I am really hoping y'all can help me out. It was spotted August 13th, the close up photo attached was taken by the guys who spotted it.
