The bike was parked at the bike rack on the west-side of the Spanish Towers building with a U-lock on August 26, around 12:15 PM. When I checked it on August 30, around 6:30 PM, it was no longer there, and neither was the u-lock. The pockets in the cargo on the back contained two hand covers for the handle bars, and part of a brass-colored U-lock. It was missing the front light, and has a phone holder installed.
