Norco Charger 7.0 bike with front shock absorbers and fixed tail. The back side of the frame is colored black and the front side is orange (and not red as shown in the attached picture). The picture shows the exact same bike as mine, but mine had orange front frame. The bike has custom black-colored, composite material, pedals with small shoe spikes. It has a bell on the right side of the handle bar. It has a black seat with an orange-colored spot on the back of the tail of the seat. I recently replaced the tires, so they are new (Schwinn 27.5 x 2.10-Inch). The serial number of the bike is -- AJ51200616 -- and can be seen on the bottom side of frame (crank area).

- Description of incident

At 3:30PM on August 14, 2021, I walked into the MEC store on 10th Avenue and 8th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Before walking into the store, I secured my bike via two solid wire locks to the bike rack in front of the store (I assumed that the MEC store has a camera filming the outside premises where bikes are locked but they don't -- a great disappointment and a turn off for me). I walked out of the store at around 4:30PM (one hour later), and I found that the bike was gone, my bike locks were cut off and left on the pavementon the pavement below the bike racks and my bike was gone). I called police and they said they cannot do anything and suggested that I should log in a "stolen bike" report online your website, which is what I am doing now, here is the web site I used to log in the stolen bike report: https://www.calgary.ca/cps/public-services/bike-index.html)
