stolen 2013 KHS Bicycles URBAN XPRESS

Bike & helmet locked to tall Parking sign at the corner via cable lock (i know, shitty option, supposed to be a temp while i try to find backup keys to my u-lock). While I was perusing nearby antique shops between 2:10-3:10pm before heading to an event at the Filipino-American Center, a woman in the building closest to the sign said that around 2:40pm a guy "messed with" my bike and loaded it into a car (no description), presumably retrieving it for his kid (man was very "dad-like and clean-cut," in his thirties, bald or with short hair and wearing glasses and a blue jacket). I found my bike, helmet, lock, everything gone and have submitted a report with the Portland Police. Any other details, please ask and I'll do my best to elaborate. Regarding the photos: literally the only picture i have of my own bike, i took after i found it had been played with by some drunk college kid messing with condoms during the night. apologies if you find it inappropriate, but hey, maybe a cute way to remember. the other is a stock photo of the blue version of my bike, sans rack & green-ness
