Bicycle parked under stairwell next to apartment building at approx. 4:30p.m.on March 7. It was locked thoroughly with large ONG Bulldog Lock to a U shaped Hook attached to the building. It was still there at approx. 10p.m. night of March 7. The theft was realized the late morning of March 8. The U shaped hook attached to the building was cut though
