stolen 2013 Cannondale Quick 5

Video of the theft: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFDeu570SDs&feature=youtu.be My bike was securely locked to a bike rack directly in front of the Women’s Building at 3543 18th St, San Francisco, CA 94110 (southwest corner of 18th and Lapidge). At about 05:13 AM on 2/25, a man in dark clothing and a backpack approaches the bike, smokes a cigarette, then proceeds to grind off the lock with some sort of a power saw. Bike Model: 2013 Cannondale Quick 5Bike Size: JumboBike Color: WhiteBike Serials: LM48439, EN14764SF SAFE Sticker #:006427 Other descriptors: - Wheels and seat locked to frame with Pinhead locking system - Two silver bottle holders - Thick, black soft-rubber (non-stock) handles- Was locked with an orange/black Kryptonite Evolution Mini U-Lock (key code SX62167) -Bike was registered with SF’s SAFE program. Sticker was on the frame. -A black Giro helmet was also locked to the bikeTheft description: - Noticed bike was missing at around 22:30 on 2/25/17.
