Happened in the middle of the day and with 2 locks... It happened on August 5th between 11am and 5pm. It was parked in the bike rack in front of the lobby of the Hyatt Place Hotel on UC Davis campus. There is security footage of the incident but I haven't been allowed to watch it. It had a cable lock attached to the bike rack which they broke with bolt cutters and left there and had the pedals locked with the kryptonite.
