Bicycle was locked with kryptonite u-lock to solid public outdoor bike rack. Stolen between 1 PM and 5 PM. tools left at scene including adjustable wrench, set of Allen wrenches, hydraulic jack. Security camera about 40 feet away at building side entrance.
