Lock clip below the saddle (which is black). Lock has rubbed the paint off the frame, down to the metal. There is a clip for a garmin computer on the handlebars, and a meter on one of the pedals (with a dead battery). The bike has a rear blinking light and a tool pouch under the saddle. The handlebar has been wrapped with black tape. There is duct tape on the ends of the black wrap to prevent it from coming loose. The rear brake needs to be adjusted. The front brake is in good shape. The bike has clip pedals.

Description of incident
Bike was locked at UW Lightrail Station. Chain was cut, bike was removed. Tire was left at the scene. Updates: Bike has been posted on OfferUp twice: https://offerup.com/item/detail/1277072369 https://offerup.com/item/detail/1264518122 Note that the wheels do not match. The lock clip is still there. On the seat stay is black tape covering where the lock scraped away the blue paint.
