SCHOOL ENDED ON 5/14/21. MY BIKE WAS LOCKED ONTO A RACK IN THE LOCKED COURTYARD OF MY INDI APARTMENT BLDG. I LEFT TOWN FOR A WEEK AND WHEN I CAME BACK THE BIKE WAS GONE, LOCK AND ALL (IT WAS A U-LOCK WITH A CABLE AS WELL). THE U-LOCK WAS ATTACHED TO THE FRAM AND THE BIKE RACK. MY BIKE HAD A BLACKBURN RACK ON IT WITH A BLUE PANNIER BAG. I REPORTED IT TO INDI APARTMENTS.
