Bike was stolen from a bike rack at the University of Richmond (outside Puryear Hall near Boatwright Library). Theft occurred between 10am-6pm after I biked to work. Cable lock was on bike, but was not locked at time of theft. Bike frame has a silver Agee's bicycle shop logo/sticker.
