This bike has an e-bike battery on the lower bar (black). The Seat Post has a metal attachment protruding that a dog seat attaches to (but isn't currently attached). Handlebars had a GoPro mounted and a Smart Halo 2 mounted as well. The bike has fenders.

The was last seen being ridden by a woman on Parkwood Circle at 3:47 am on July 3, 2021, towards the entrance to Jackson Park that then connects through the field to Parkhill Place as well as to the Trans Canada & parkway trails.
