stolen АИСТ 113-321

Folding bike from '80s Russian-Belarus, worn out sticker on frame says "МОТОВЕЛО" and has a metal emblem on the front that is small, gold, and silver, with a red shape in it. Petals are black and always flip face down, from a Japanese racing bike. Chain is a light goldish colour. Spokes sometimes goldish and mostly silver. Might still be missing it's seat and handlebars, the seat (and potentially the handlebars of a factory part) accessed by quick release fasteners which are black cylinders with hemispheric ends.
