Folding bike from '80s Russian-Belarus, worn out sticker on frame says "МОТОВЕЛО" and has a metal emblem on the front that is small, gold, and silver, with a red shape in it. Petals are black and always flip face down, from a Japanese racing bike. Chain is a light goldish colour. Spokes sometimes goldish and mostly silver. Might still be missing it's seat and handlebars, the seat (and potentially the handlebars of a factory part) accessed by quick release fasteners which are black cylinders with hemispheric ends.

Locked my bike to the bike hitching posts near the security door of the City Centre East Mall at about 3pm. Came back 2 hours later and only the lock was left, locked to the post.
