Description of incident
Stolen from IBS Beauty School - it was locked to bike rack outside and when I went back to get it was gone with no trace. My bike is unique because the seat is eroding so i cover it with a plastic bag always. Also it has a headlight, taillight, basket, bell, mudflaps and I just installed TWO unique light systems to the tires. Christmas light on the front tire and monkeylights on the back tire!
