Description of incident
I locked my bike on a bike rack outside of a restaurant at 8:00 pm, and went into the restaurant. When I came back out at 10:00 pm, it was gone. There was a security camera from the liquor store next door which caught only one pedal of my bike in the frame - although they weren't able to see anyone in the video, they could tell that it was removed from the bike rack at 8:55PM.
