1 of 2 bikes stolen at the same time from our 3rd floor patio, just a few feet from our bed. Fingerprints and footprints detail how suspect climbed up. Unknown if bikes were dropped or lowered. Pieces of a seat post mounted red reflector were found on the 1st floor grounds.
