Well used, has scrapes along the frame from rubbing against metal. Handle bar grips are torn in spots, slightly sticky, and worn on the edges. Tires are extra heavy, probably about 5-10 pounds each, bike is around 10-20 pounds. There is still red tape connected to the front tire unhooking lever.
