Diamondback bike was stolen from back of Mercede Grille at back patio less than a minute (seriously less than 45 seconds) of being tucked into a corner of the diner by back patio where individuals are served every day and night. Suspect description - Latino male tshirt jeans lots of tattoos visible / on neck - he was seen riding it toward pacific from Mercede grille & then south on Pacific Ave towards the Marina jetty
