I worked at the Omni Royal Orleans hotel today, 5/23/21, and left my biked locked to the new parking sign adjacent to the US Court of Appeals across the street from the Omni on St. Louis St. The side closer to Chartres st. At 2:34 pm, a white male, mid-30s, use bolt cutters on my U-Lock and rode away, turning on Chartres and riding towards Canal.
