My bike was stolen from Hollywood beach at around 12:30 pm as it was leaning up against a lifeguard tower. The lifeguard was on duty at the time and the beach was crowded with people. A witness stated he saw an African-American male riding (with some difficulty) north on the Hollywood Broadwalk.
