Stolen from the Baker Apartments on NW 20th and Lovejoy on Saturday night (March 22). Pink Electra PJ party cruiser. Seat and handle grips are faded and there is a painted over dent in the back fender. Attached (hopefully still) is a wicker basket with large red polka dot lining tied on with red polka dotted ribbons. Two squeak animal horns on handlebars, a koala and a blue cute whale.
