stolen 2016 Giant female Liv Rove Zero extra small

locked up bike with cable to bus stop pole in front of north Safeway entrance at 4;10 pm, returned at about 4:25, bike gone. Contacted mall security and Safeway manager who checked security cameras and found theft recorded on tape. Reported theft to police and to Paladin mall security
