stolen 2013 Specialized 74 Allez Anniversary Edition

The bike has a custom fade paintjob and many small details that makes it unique. It’s painted with a charcoal metallic fade to black, darker at the bottom bracket. The paint has a subtle pearl that pops in the sun. Pearl is called Ultra Mini Rainbow – you get why. The head tube has a brazed on polished stainless S and the back of the seat tube a badge saying Specialized Bicycle Imports 1974. Note that this is the only 74 Allez in the world that isn’t Red. The bottom bracket is stamped with 002. The group set is a custom painted Campagnolo Super Record Team Edition that I was gifted from the Astana pro-team. All Campagnolo graphics are removed and the clear coat has the same pearl as the rest of the bike. Even if the bike is butchered, these components stand out. Chris King headset. Handlebar and saddle are the black 74 leather that was sourced specifically for this bike, 74 bar end plugs are wood. 74 custom titanium water bottle cages, SL40 carbon wheels, Turbo world champion tires, A CG-R seat post and Specialized carbon bar finishes this classy build.
